You can manage or cancel your HabitCrew subscription anytime through your device's subscription settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions on iOS). Cancelling stops future billing; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Your habit streaks are calculated based on your device's local date, so completing a habit "today" always lines up with your own day, even if you travel or your timezone changes.
You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Settings and tap the red "Delete Account" button. This permanently removes your account and associated data. If you're unable to access this option, email us at [email protected] with your account's email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
Group habits let you and your crew track a shared habit together, with each member keeping their own individual streak visible to the group. It's built to keep everyone accountable without anyone's individual progress affecting the others'.
The fastest way is in the app: go to the Profile tab and tap "Feedback and Suggestions." You can also email us at [email protected] with details (screenshots are always welcome) and we'll take a look.
